I am a 200hr YTT certified yoga teacher. Record holder in INTERNATIONAL YOGA BOOK OF RECORDS organized by GISSA (INDIA) in 2023.Completed YOGA VOLUNTER CERTIFICATE COURSE under Ministry Of Ayush, government of India .Worked as a freelancer in many popular yoga studios in Guwahati (Ark Yoga and Wellness, Shriya Yoga , Anu yoga ). Worked with Maple Bear Canadian Pre School (a group of M/s Little Brainitters) as a Yoga and Meditation teacher .Former YOGA AND MEDITATION teacher at Sameer Commerce Coaching Centre, Guwahati. Project coordinator at Lakshya Academy ,Guwahati ( Organizing yoga awareness camp in rural area , school, colleges; Conducting free yoga camp at Orphanage and old age home ;paid workshop related to PCOS/PCOD,NATUROPATHY,BACKPAIN,CHILD MENTAL HEALTH DEVELOPMENT,ARTHERITIES,ASTHMA AND MIGRAIN RELATED PROBLEM,WEIGHT LOSS, FATY LEVER ). My service also include providing outdoor recreation camp , Customized recreation camp which includes tracking , climbing , hiking and many more. Conduct interactive online yoga classes , working as a yoga teacher under Yooj wellness. Conduct classes for YOGA VOLUNTEER CERTIFICATION COURSE under Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. My classes are full of joy and one to one interaction with each students. I have a positive and friendly attitude towards all my yoga partners. My students are of all age group ( child , adult, old age).
