I assess my clients using various physical assessments, including postural assessment, flexibility assessment, movement analysis, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiorespiratory fitness, in order to develop a precise action plan to help them get in shape.
Also,I work with clients from different countries, understand their needs and goals, and create personalized workout plans to help them achieve short- and long-term fitness goals. I hold group fitness training sessions online and offline for clients with different body types. During training, I study client behavior and abilities, give instructions for different fitness levels, and make sure the safety of all patrons in the class.
