I am a flight attendant with British Airways based in Gurgaon. Still, my passion for fitness and studying the Science around exercise and nutrition made me pursue it professionally and attain a degree.
I am a fantastic weight training coach who can also work well with limited equipment that can easily be set up at home. My bodyweight training and HIIT training sessions are something my current clients appreciate a lot.
