’m a strength and fitness coach and a competitive powerlifter with hands-on experience helping clients improve their strength, body composition, fitness and relationship with training and nutrition.

My approach combines structured strength training, practical nutrition and progressive programming rather than relying on generic workouts or extreme diets. I work with clients at different experience levels and tailor training around their goals, lifestyle, equipment, mobility and individual limitations.

As a powerlifter myself, I have developed a strong understanding of strength development, technique, progressive overload and the importance of building a sustainable training routine. I also place a strong emphasis on nutrition and helping clients understand how to eat in a way that supports their goals without making fitness unnecessarily restrictive.

Whether your goal is fat loss, getting stronger, improving fitness, building muscle or simply becoming more confident and capable in the gym, I focus on creating a plan that is realistic, progressive and sustainable.
