Sia S.

I’m a humanities student from India who recently completed Grade XII with an exceptional 99.5% (Best of 4 subjects). My academic strengths lie in Psychology, Political Science, and English, (Topped in school) subjects that fuel my curiosity about human behavior, societal structures, and the power of language.

I’ve actively engaged in the field of mental health, particularly through my participation in Fortis School Mental Health Programmes, where I’ve attended workshops that focus on emotional well-being, ethical awareness, and mental health advocacy. I was also a winner of a psychology-based competition hosted by Bluebells School International, which deepened my interest in the field and encouraged me to explore psychology beyond the classroom.

In addition, I write Sia’s Substack, a personal newsletter where I share reflections on emotional growth, psychological insight, and life as a young student passionate about change. Music (especially Taylor Swift), poetry, and art inspire much of my creative expression and worldview.

As I move forward, I aspire to blend my academic expertise with advocacy, using writing and research to promote emotional literacy and build a more empathetic society.
