I teach Personal Fitness and have been actively training students at UrbanPro for the past 2 years. Fitness has been an important part of my life for over 5 years, and I focus on helping individuals achieve their goals through structured training programs and personalized guidance. My aim is to make fitness practical, sustainable, and enjoyable for every student.

I hold a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree and have also completed a professional fitness certification from K11 Fitness. This combination of academic and professional training equips me with the knowledge and skills needed to design effective and safe training programs tailored to each individual’s needs.

Over the past 2 years, I have worked with students of different fitness levels, helping them with fat loss, muscle building, and overall body transformation. I focus on a holistic approach that combines physical exercise, proper nutrition guidance, and lifestyle habits to ensure consistent and long-term results.

My training emphasizes correct technique, posture, and gradual progression to prevent injuries and improve effectiveness. Each session is carefully structured to meet specific goals while keeping students motivated and engaged throughout their fitness journey.

I conduct both online and offline classes, making it convenient for students to train from their preferred environment. I provide continuous support, guidance, and feedback to help students stay on track and achieve measurable improvements in their health and fitness.

I take pride in seeing my students progress and achieve tangible results. My goal is not just to train bodies but also to instill discipline, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment, helping students embrace a healthier lifestyle and maintain overall well-being.
