My experience with this institute sector 14  Gurgaon was very disappointing. At the time of joining for a trial class, I was clearly told (and have email proof) that the fee would be 100% refundable if I was not satisfied. However, when I requested a refund, only ₹3000 was returned and ₹2000 was deducted without any valid explanation — which is completely against their commitment. When I tried to discuss this with the branch manager, Ratna, I did not receive clear answers. The communication was unprofessional and my concerns were not properly addressed. If you are planning to take admission here, think carefully and make sure you have everything clearly documented before making any payment. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution.
