I have been passionately teaching dance for the past 18 years, guiding students of all ages and skill levels. Dance has been both my profession and my passion, and I strive to help my students develop confidence, grace, and artistic expression through movement. Over the years, I have seen countless students grow not only as dancers but also as individuals, which is the most fulfilling part of my journey.

I hold a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree, and alongside this, I have completed the Visarad certification in Odissi dance. My academic and artistic background allows me to bring discipline, structure, and creativity into my teaching approach, ensuring students receive a well-rounded learning experience. Additionally, I have earned a Master’s degree in Classical Odissi dance, which further strengthens my expertise in this traditional art form.

My teaching experience spans a variety of dance styles. While I specialize in Odissi, I am also skilled in teaching Bollywood, freestyle, and folk dance styles, making my classes enjoyable and versatile for students with different interests and skill levels. This diversity allows students to explore multiple forms of dance and find their own style and expression.

I have been honored with several prestigious awards for my contributions to dance, including the Nithyashree Award and the Sangeet Kala Award, among others. These recognitions reflect my commitment to dance as an art form and motivate me to continue inspiring my students.

I conduct both online and offline classes, ensuring that students can access quality dance training regardless of location. My sessions are interactive and engaging, with a focus on proper technique, rhythm, and expression. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel confident to explore and express themselves through dance.

My teaching philosophy centers on the belief that dance is a blend of skill, expression, and joy. I focus not only on building technique and precision but also on encouraging creativity and self-expression. Every student is unique, and I adapt my teaching style to suit individual needs, making sure that each class is productive, enjoyable, and inspiring.

For me, the greatest reward is seeing my students perform with confidence, whether on stage or in daily practice. Witnessing their growth and passion for dance continues to drive me to teach with dedication, creativity, and heart.
