Ask a Question
Dear Navya,
Greetings of the Day! I hope you are doing well.
To speak fluent English, you need to see why you want to learn that language; how did you reach that goal? For instance, is it because you want to score well in English or pursue it? This would enable you to understand the importance of perseverance and dedication towards that language/subject.
So, firstly, I recommend you start listening to some Western music (any genre you like), start singing it, read the lyrics, and slowly begin accomodating yourself with the language. Secondly, you may even watch movies, read books, newspapers and slowly start speaking English with people near you who are fluent in it.
Next, it would be recommended to get your coursebooks and also a planner. The coursebooks would be about the syllabus of your respective board, and the planner should entail all recommended readings you should refer to, etc. Start with grammar, then move onto the speaking, listening, and reading part. All these are essential elements to having a good base or command over any language.
Best of Luck!
