I teach all subjects for students from Class 1 to 5 and have been doing so for over 5 years. My teaching journey has been shaped not only by classroom experience but also by my extensive 9-year corporate career, where I was actively involved in onboarding and training new employees. This combination of academic and professional experience has given me a unique perspective on how to simplify concepts and communicate effectively, especially with young learners.

I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA), which has helped me develop strong analytical skills, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and the ability to integrate technology into my teaching. My educational background enables me to create a structured learning environment for students while ensuring that their individual learning needs are met.

My experience in the corporate world gave me a solid foundation in instructional delivery and people skills. I was often responsible for training new team members and helping them adapt to processes, which strengthened my ability to explain complex information in a simple and clear manner. These skills have translated well into my teaching style, where I break down topics into digestible parts and ensure that students are not only learning but enjoying the process.

I conduct online classes, which are designed to be interactive and student-focused. I follow a structured lesson plan, but I’m also flexible in adapting it based on how each student responds and progresses. My goal is to build a strong academic base for young learners while also nurturing their curiosity and confidence.

To make my sessions more engaging and effective, I use a combination of whiteboard and PowerPoint presentations. Visual aids help children understand and retain concepts better. Whether it’s a grammar rule or a math problem, I make sure the lessons are well-supported with examples, visuals, and interactive questioning to keep them involved.

While I currently do not offer study materials or certifications, I provide personalized attention during sessions to ensure each student’s progress is tracked and supported. I believe in building trust and creating a safe learning space where young students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves freely.
