I am all ready to share with you how I became a Trainer, I became a soft skills trainer after I moved back to Delhi from Dubai UAE and wanted to be on my own. Soft skills and communication made sense since I was already a Sales Team Leader in a Leading bank in UAE hence was always into training and communication. I always wanted to train corporates and individual and that seemed to be a good time of transition.
