As a Neuro-Coach and Master Trainer, he coaches individuals and teams on wide variety of topics like goal setting, career, relationship dynamics, performance, growth and development, learning initiatives etc. He is a Master Trainer and has trained hundreds of Trainers through his Train-The-Trainer programs. He is adept at both andragogy and pedagogy.
He runs various life transformation programs for individuals and groups. These programs are intensive and experiential. The essence of these programs to help an individual gain autonomy of cognitive and emotional processes of the brain which helps them to slowly gain insights, broaden and build their vision, realize their blindspots and get rid of them, and eventually fulfil the destiny they want to manifest. He believes in building relationships and working with people till the mission has been accomplished. Hence, many of his students are associated with him for the last 5 – 10 years as he has become their life-Coach for life 😊.
