I am Pooja Kalra. I hold an M.C.A. and a B.Ed. degree from recognized universities and have also completed several professional certifications in the field of teaching. With over 15 years of experience teaching students across diverse age groups in schools, I have developed a strong understanding of children’s learning needs and behavioral patterns.

Through my extensive experience and continuous learning, I have specialized as a Child Psychologist. I firmly believe that every child has a unique temperament, which evolves with age, and therefore requires age-appropriate handling and teaching techniques.

In my teaching practice, I use a variety of methodologies supported by practical, real-life examples to ensure concepts are clear, relatable, and engaging for students. I strongly feel that building a positive and comfortable teacher–student relationship is essential for effective learning, as it helps children feel confident and supported in the classroom.

I follow an enquiry-based and activity based learning approach, encouraging students to ask questions, think critically, and actively participate in the learning process. This approach not only enhances understanding but also nurtures curiosity and independent thinking among learners.
