Then I started my freelancing project to make everyone healthy around me and insulin sensitive again. It’s rare to find teachers like Nishant who are gentle, knowledgeable, refined yet highly educated. Nishant is the complete package - a fantastic gym partner and a formidable presence in the gym. I have always been wary of gym trainers, that was until I met Nishant who’s not as knowledgeable as the wisest gym guru around but also surprisingly polished, owing to his corporate experience. I have always sought Nishant’s training on and off since the last 5 years, and his training helped me to build the confidence and physique to win the Mr Pune 2016 competition as well. I am not an easy person to train, as I keep getting bored with my training regimen but Nishant has kept my training honest, effective yet fun. Under his training I feel engrossed and active - always! I have been able to have discussions of all kinds with Nishant, even those involving steroid use, effects of whey protein to sperm count and cheats that can be used to lose weight fast and I’ve always been blown away by his knowledge of ancient Indian training methods along with the modern researches as well.
