"I would like to formally raise concerns regarding Neha’s tutoring services. There have been repeated issues related to professionalism, including irregular attendance, lack of punctuality, and discontinuation of lessons midway of 10 class without any notice.. Additionally, the quality of teaching, subject knowledge, and communication skills did not meet the expected standards. These concerns significantly impacted the learning experience of the children. Unfortunately, our experience with Neha as a tutor was unsatisfactory due to issues with punctuality, lesson continuity, professionalism, and teaching effectiveness. "

I tried to manage to my best mam, during the time of illness of a family member, cooperation is expected, lack of patience and blaming the teachers when the student is extremely week(nothing had worked on her coz of eye issue even after changing teachers), putting a bad review was the only choice you had mam, no one could help you there. It was advisable for you to hire another one.
