I am a trained contemporary and semi-classical dancer with over 10 years of experience. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to lead teams, choreograph performances for diverse age groups, and create spaces where individuals not only learn a skill but also connect more deeply with themselves through movement.

Dance has always been my medium of expression, a language through which I communicate emotions and stories. Having performed in more than 40 stage shows, I’ve had the privilege of learning from various artists and mentors who have shaped my understanding of creating magic through dance.

I am deeply passionate about sharing these learnings with others. Currently, I am exploring how dance and specific movement patterns can positively impact mental health, helping my students not just develop a skill but also carry with them tools for holistic growth and emotional well-being.
