I teach dance and yoga, and I am passionate about helping students improve not only their skills but also their overall well-being. Over the years, I have worked with students of different age groups, guiding them to build confidence, flexibility, and a strong connection between mind and body.

I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, and I have also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy (PGDYT). My academic background, along with years of practice in dance, has given me a well-rounded understanding of movement, posture, and physical expression.

I have 10 years of experience in teaching dance, where I have trained students in developing rhythm, coordination, and expressive abilities. In addition, I have 2 years of experience teaching yoga, focusing on improving flexibility, balance, and overall physical and mental health.

My teaching approach is practical and engaging. I believe that both dance and yoga are best learned through consistent practice, so my sessions are designed to be interactive and activity-based. I focus on making students comfortable so they can express themselves freely and learn with confidence.

In my classes, I emphasize proper technique, posture, and gradual improvement. Whether it is mastering dance movements or practicing yoga asanas, I guide students step by step to ensure they understand and perform each movement correctly.

I offer both online and offline sessions, providing flexibility for students to learn in a way that suits them best. My goal is to create a positive and motivating environment where students can enjoy the process of learning while steadily improving their skills.

I aim to help every student become more confident, flexible, and disciplined through dance and yoga, while also promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
