My journey in fitness and nutrition started from personal struggle. I went from being overweight to skinny-fat, following many common Indian fitness myths - avoiding weights and assuming foods like dal alone were enough for protein.

While studying in the US during college, I began deeply researching training science, nutrition, and evidence-based fat loss. I realized sustainable transformation requires proper resistance training, adequate protein intake, structured programming, and long-term consistency - not crash dieting or cardio-only approaches.

I applied everything to myself first, completely transforming my physique and health. To formalize my knowledge, I pursued certifications in fitness and nutrition to back up practical experience with scientific credibility.

Alongside college, I ran personal training sessions and online coaching as a side hustle, helping clients improve body composition, strength, and overall lifestyle habits through structured workout plans and customized nutrition guidance. My approach focuses on education, sustainability, and building long-term habits rather than short-term fixes.
