With over 14 years of competitive swimming and fitness training experience, I am a national medalist and a seasoned professional in freestyle and butterfly sprints. I’ve won more than 200 medals at district, state, and zonal levels, underscoring my commitment to excellence in athletics. Alongside my achievements in swimming, I’ve dedicated the past 3 years to freelance personal training, currently guiding 12 clients online and over 50 clients to date. My training approach is all-natural, integrating personalized diet plans—both vegetarian and non-vegetarian—and advanced recovery techniques such as cupping, needling, and ice baths. I hold a degree in Political Science (Hons) from Delhi University and am pursuing a master’s in Physical Education. Passionate about maximizing human potential, I aim to empower clients to reach their fitness goals through the right guidance and patience.
