I am a Sports Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 5 years of clinical and gym-based experience in physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, and performance training. I hold a Bachelor’s degree (BPT) and Master’s degree (MPT Sports) in Physiotherapy and currently work with premium gyms and clients in Gurgaon.

I specialize in back pain treatment, neck pain, slip disc and disc bulge rehabilitation, knee pain, shoulder pain, ACL and ligament injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, muscle injuries, posture correction, and chronic pain management. My approach is evidence-based and result-oriented, combining advanced manual therapy, corrective exercises, mobility training, and progressive strength training for long-term recovery.

I work with athletes, runners, gym-goers, corporate professionals, and elderly clients, helping them recover from injuries, improve movement, and return safely to daily activities or sports. Each physiotherapy and rehabilitation program is personalized after a detailed assessment and includes structured progress tracking.

I provide home physiotherapy, gym-based rehabilitation, and online physiotherapy sessions. Online rehab includes video assessments, customized exercise programs, and continuous monitoring. My focus is not just pain relief, but building strength, stability, and injury prevention for lasting results.
