I think it can take anywhere around one month if you go by resources like books and youtube tutorials. Main focus should be on creating small projects which can take another 1 month. So in all 2 months are more than enough for Java if you give 3 dedicated hours each day. You can find detailed syllabus on any website for eg. TutorialsPoint
