With a strong academic foundation—M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, B.Ed. in Special Education, and CTET qualified—she brings deep subject expertise and a holistic understanding of diverse learning needs.
She has served in prestigious roles such as PGT Chemistry, TGT Science, Head of Department, Headmistress, and is currently an Academic Coordinator at St. Andrews World School, Gurugram. Her leadership has positively impacted the academic journey of over 3,000 students and 1,000 teachers across various institutions.
Archana is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, a certified “Leader in Me” trainer, and a skilled facilitator of the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" program. She believes in nurturing curiosity through hands-on learning, experiential activities, and concept-based teaching, ensuring every child receives an individualized learning approach.
Her previous contributions include leading Science content development at E3 Edusolutions Pvt. Ltd. (2016–2021) and serving as Headmistress at Pathfinder Global School, Pataudi (2021–2024), where she successfully managed academic operations for over 1,000 students from Nursery to Grade 5.
