I am a personal fitness trainer specializing in customized fitness programs, strength training, weight management, and overall wellness guidance. For the past 3 years, I have been actively training clients and helping them achieve their health and fitness goals through structured workouts and personalized coaching that suit their individual needs and lifestyles.

I hold a Diploma in Personal Training from the K11 School of Science and Fitness. This professional training has given me a strong foundation in exercise science, workout programming, nutrition basics, and injury prevention. It has enabled me to design safe, effective, and results-driven fitness plans for clients at different fitness levels.

Over the years, I have gained valuable industry experience by working with reputed fitness brands such as Anytime Fitness, Cult Fit, and Vault by Virat Kohli. These experiences have helped me understand diverse client requirements and adapt my training approach to different environments, fitness goals, and training styles.

Currently, I work as a fitness instructor at Google, where I design and conduct personalized training programs, group fitness sessions, and wellness initiatives for employees. This role has further strengthened my ability to manage structured programs, motivate individuals, and deliver consistent results in a professional setting.
