I am a certified personal fitness trainer with 8 years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals improve their overall fitness, strength, flexibility, and well-being. Fitness has always been a core part of my life, and I am passionate about guiding people toward healthier and more active lifestyles through proper training and consistent motivation.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and am also a certified fitness trainer. Along with this, I am the owner of Muscle Squad Gym, where I have gained extensive hands-on experience working with clients of different age groups and fitness levels. This exposure has helped me understand the unique needs and goals of each individual.

My training approach is highly personalized. I design customized workout plans based on each client’s fitness level, body type, and specific goals, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, strength building, or overall wellness. I believe that every individual requires a tailored approach to achieve the best results.

I focus strongly on correct exercise techniques and form, as this is essential for both effectiveness and injury prevention. During my sessions, I guide clients step by step, ensuring that they perform each exercise safely and efficiently while gradually improving their strength and endurance.

I also believe that motivation and consistency play a key role in achieving fitness goals. I work closely with my clients to keep them motivated, track their progress, and help them stay committed to their fitness journey.
