I been in the fitness industry from the last 15 years now. working as a personal trainer from last 12 I started my fitness journey as a power lifter in my teenage years and then went on to do my certification and got internationally certified to be a personal trainer for level 3. I currently also play PowerLifting for UP. I specialise in physique transformation as I am a master trainer , so basically I teach other trainers how to train their clients for a physique transformation. Also I specialise in general physical preparedness, which means preparing someone to be generally physically fit and doing day-to-day life tasks. I have trained and transformed over 500+ lives up till now and really looking forward to change the life of many others for a fitter and a better future. looking forward to working with you.
