I am silky Bains from Punjab district gurdaspur .I was my completed my post graduation ( msc horticulture fruit science ) and graduation in bsc agriculture in 4 yrs course.i have worked on research during my post graduation which most probably published in 2020 -2021.i have done intership in industrial area ( sygenta company ) and also done some training in Punjab agricultural University ludhiana . I have attend international or national conference with certification and also performed some activities related my work .
I have also done my 10 or 12 done in science or mathematics background . I have lot of experience related to technical skills like computer , ms word ,Excel power presentation etc . I have also done some work in laboratory for research purposes during my graduation or post graduation like how to operate the spectrophotometer, autoclave ,hot air oven ,laminar air flow, microscope , water bath etc .

As per your question, your answer is, cellulose is important organic molecules because it's sturdy structure provides a wide variety of functions. It is the main component of a sturdy cell wall that surround plant cells and is what makes plant stems, leaves, and its branches. It also helps to make synthetic materials like in cotton fabric.

And your second question about main difference b/ w properties of cellulosic and non-cellulosic:

It is non-cellulosic when an organism in which cellulose is absent in its cell wall - non-cellulosic cell wall. The cellulose may be replaced in other components like pectins( d-galacturonic) and hemicellulose .this mainly found in marine algae.

Properties of cellulosic depend upon the degree of polymerization or chain length, and the number of glucose molecules constituting the polymer molecule. 

It is odourless and insoluble in water and most organic solvent. It is biodegradable and chiral.
