Yes, It is natural to speak mother tongue at home. But if you are determined to practice your English, you may try these.
1- Just think in English whenever you are by yourself most of the time. It helps you to shift your brain to English. You may make some words, short phrases for a few days then you will make sentences eventually. It would keep you up with good English.
2- In your free time, read-only English books and make a list of unknown words and find the meanings so that you would remember to use them with your friends or at work.
3 - If you have your siblings make it a practice to speak a few words, sentences with them each day, then it becomes to communicate in English at home. If no siblings may be your neighbours or even your parents just for half an hour, will help.
