High action on the guitar is one of the main problems that makes the guitar unplayable. But it can be fixed through a allen key. it is very common and you can get in at any guitar store. 2. Rusty and old Strings.Thats a big no no. It does really take away the interest on the guitar. 3.Intonation Problems(Tuning). Check Intonations everywhere on the guitar, play the open strings and then go to their 12th frets each (An Octave basically). If it dosent stay in tune when you play it on the 12th, you have intonation problems. Not very serious, but it is very annoying. hope it helps! read less

The guitar strings are rusty or untuned or string too loose or neck bend or height strings or strings broken this are some points to make guitar unplayable
