When I requested an extension of class timings, it was refused, and even for a refund, I was informed that it would be processed only after 15–20 days, which raises concerns about reliability and trust. Hi Rishi, As discussed earlier with your parent, the plan was to conduct classes for 15 days for Rishi and 15 days for Rudy, and the payment was made accordingly. Based on this understanding, I scheduled the classes and began the sessions as planned. So far, only 2 hours of classes have been conducted. In addition, I shared notes covering one full exercise for Rudy. At the last moment, I was informed that Rishi would be moving to Bangalore. I will consider the 2 hours already conducted as adjusted. To ensure fairness for the payment made, I will share the complete notes and video lecture content for both Rudy and Rishi so that they can continue learning without interruption. Please understand that I had reserved a dedicated time slot exclusively for you from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, during which I avoided taking other students. After the demo class, you had confirmed enrollment, and I proceeded accordingly with a clear plan and commitment. I respect your decisions, but sudden changes make it difficult to manage time and schedules effectively. I request you to kindly make full use of the materials and video lectures that will be shared. Thank you for your understanding.
