Background
I am doctor of yoga and doctor of naturopathy (done from both Gorakhpur UP and Delhi ) also MD acupuncture (done from Bangalore). I am also experienced with diet and nutrition as well.
I am National player in yoga.
I do keep knowledge of Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta and yogsutra of mahrshi Patanjali.


I am very well experienced by past 6 years in teaching yoga and providing naturopathy therapies and acupuncture therapies. I am providing both private yoga classes and online yoga classes, for groups, personal, couples and kids also. I am expert in Hatha yoga, Power yoga, Meditation, therapeutical yoga , yoga Nidra, Pranayam, satkarma.

I had provided training to kids practicing for yoga competitions for state and national level.
I took a special therapy taking yoga classes for diabetes, hypertension ,arthritis , cholesterol ,asthma, faty liver ,obesity , fatigue ,gynec disorders, acne, glowing skin, etc....
