As a YOGA INSTRUCTOR and an ENGINEER, I have been giving classes (freelancing) in these following platforms,
• Conducted more than 1500 Hrs of Yoga sessions in the Art of living’s various workshops.
• Conducted sessions for 20+ employees of Axom Motors, Guwahati, a Mercedes Benz Dealer in the year 2019 for 2 days.
• Conducted sessions for 15 employees of Sky Automobiles, Jagdalpur (C.G.), aMaruti Suzuki Dealer in the year 2015 for a day.
• Conducted sessions for 30+ employees of Balaji Motors, Jagdalpur (C.G.), aMahindra Dealer in the year 2015 for a week.
• Conducted Surya Namaskar Drive for 2000 School students and 1000+ general Citizens in Jagdalpur City, in the year 2014 on a common large platform along with mobilising and training the School students.
• Personal Yoga Training to Family members of District Collector, Jagdalpur
• Conducted Yoga Sessions for more than 600 Prisoners in central Jails of Jagdalpur (CG) & Gwalior (MP), District Jail of Dentewara & Kanker.
• Conducted 20+ sessions for International Yoga Day, every year since its initiation (21st June 2015), which includes a lead on stage performance for Govt. of Assam’s IDY 2019 at Guwahati for more then 10,000+ participants on ground and many more on Media screens, a lead on stage performance for Govt. of Chhattisgarh IDY 2015 at Jagdalpur with 3000+ participants, CRPF Battalion’s 170+ Jawan’s atKaranpur, Bastar; CISF Battalion’s 300+ Jawan’s atMundali, Cuttack.
• Conducted free Surya Namaskar training drive for all Govt. School Students in Bastar District along with a team of 20 for continuous 10 days in the year 2015.
• Personal Yoga Instructor to more than 50 clients in last two years, National and international both.
