I am a Certified Yoga Instructor, practicing since April 2025, with expertise in one-on-one restorative sessions, online classes, and group workshops. I have facilitated student programs at the Indian Institute of Ayurveda, led corporate wellness sessions at Hotel Taj Goa, and conducted International Yoga Day events at Holy Cross Institute. Currently, I am teaching part-time at Peace Montessori School and Club De Palma, while continuing to guide private clients.

With a B.Sc. degree and a diverse professional background, including six years at IBM, twelve years as a freelance wellness blogger, and two years as a property manager in Goa.
