As a holistic health practitioner with over two decades of experience across mental, physical, and spiritual domains, I bring a deep, integrative approach to client care—one that blends trauma-informed somatic practices, movement therapy, mindfulness, and energy work.

Through my practice, InnerSide Holistic, I’ve worked with individuals and groups in India and internationally, guiding clients through experiences of deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with self. I’ve delivered workshops in festivals, curated self-study programs, and worked closely with those navigating life transitions, trauma recovery, and burnout.
