I am a campaign strategist, qualitative researcher, and social impact professional with over 8 years of experience working across community development, education, and advocacy. I have been actively involved in training, mentoring, and facilitating learning spaces for diverse groups including students, teachers, grassroots leaders, and women changemakers across India and the UK.

I have a Master’s degree in Social Work (Community Organisation & Development Practice) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (Honours) from Delhi University. My professional journey combines behavioural training, communication, and leadership development, making me deeply aligned with the principles of soft skills training.

I have designed and delivered behaviour-based training modules, particularly during my role with Samagra Waste Management, where I trained and mentored entrepreneurs using Behaviour Change Communication techniques. As a Gandhi Fellow, I worked closely with school leaders and 50+ teachers to strengthen instructional leadership, communication, and classroom engagement, impacting over 650 students.

In my role as a Campaign Strategist at Change.org, I coached and trained 150+ individuals—primarily women from marginalised communities—helping them build confidence, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to lead successful campaigns. My work involved regular feedback sessions, reflective learning, and structured skill-building, which are core aspects of soft skills facilitation.

Additionally, I have experience in academic mentoring and facilitation, having supervised university students for research projects and conducted in-depth qualitative interviews, strengthening my listening, empathy, and interpersonal communication skills.

My key skills include communication and presentation, leadership development, emotional intelligence, stakeholder engagement, conflict management, and facilitation of participatory learning spaces. I bring a strong foundation in experiential learning, reflective practice, and culturally sensitive training approaches.
