What should I do to improve my score if my GMAT prep mock is (Q-46, V-18, IR-8)?

Q-46 is a decent score, it can be easily pushed to 51 by strengthening your basics and timed practice. V 18 clearly shows there are so many things you need to work on. In general, the reason for a low score could be problem in the way you approach a question and your test strategy.

Start with Manhattan Prep Sentence Correction guide and Manhattan Prep Critical Reasoning Guide. Both are good resources. Once you are clear with your basics, go through this online resource called GMAT Club. It is really helpful and has an infinite pool of questions. As far as Quant is concerned, you'll have to practise and practise. There's just no shortcut to it!
