My Experience as a Primary School Teacher Working as a primary school teacher has been an incredibly rewarding and enriching journey. Classroom management, pastoral care, and collaboration with colleagues and parents were essential parts of my role. I worked closely with families to support student growth and participated in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs. Above all, the joy of watching my students grow—not just academically, but socially and emotionally—has been the most fulfilling part of the job.
