Perplexed and hesitantly, I met Suruchi Ma'am when I was trying to make up my mind about where I wanted to take my IELTS training. I will give myself credit that I choose her as my trainer amongst others who I had visited for trial class. I can say for sure that my confusion and inhibitions have been dealt with patience.
