Shruti

I am Shruti Rashmi, a dedicated Special Educator with a B.Ed in Special Education (Mental Retardation) from Amity University, Noida, and over 9 years of hands-on experience working with children with diverse developmental and learning needs. I currently work at a school in Ghaziabad, where I design and implement individualised education programs (IEPs), conduct regular assessments, and collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic child development.

My professional journey spans early intervention centres and inclusive school environments, including Sensitivity Early Intervention Centre and Fr. Angel School, Noida, where I worked extensively on the cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioural development of children with disabilities. I specialise in early intervention, developmental group work, play therapy, family counseling, and cognitive behavior strategies, with a strong focus on empowering both children and parents.

I am deeply committed to creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments that help children achieve their maximum potential, while also contributing to teacher training and parent workshops to strengthen support systems around the child.
