I'm working in a school as a School Coordinator. This role is an amalgamation of both learning and teaching. Everyday, I am dealing with the parents, teachers and students and learning the story behind the issue which is , somewhere, helping me transform as a more compassionate and learned human being who values emotions and tries to find a story behind the scene for a better understanding of the problem and more precise decision.This has helped me gain trust and respect of all. And I find this as my true achievement. This present scenario has presented very challenging issues and the workshops and teacher programmes have helped me a lot too in becoming what I am today. When students look upto me without any fear and say they can count on me, I feel I have won.

Whenever I taught in Class X, I realised that I was not teaching a class of students, but a class of different mind sets. And that's what made teaching more interesting as I had to cater to each student's need and ensure that they learnt values alongwith the subject. Writing section is something where most of the students face challenge. So , I make sure that writing section should be emphasized more as this would help them throughout their life.
