Let me introduce myself real quick.
I am a training professional, trained and certified on facilitation skills, platform skills, and instructional design. I teach and conduct training workshops on communication skills and train trainers/teachers in training delivery.
I have completed my schooling from KV and graduation from Delhi University in Chemistry (Hons). I have been mentoring students of grade IX & X in Mathematics & Science and Chemistry for grade XII as a part-time engagement for over a decade.
Teaching is my passion and I believe that teaching is an art and the process of learning is a science. My endeavor is to amalgamate the art of teaching with the science of learning to create amazing learning experiences for the learners.
I believe in "leaving no learner behind" idea of mentorship. Throughout my teaching experience, I have realized that every learner has its own learning curve, therefore, it is important to innovate new ways of teaching and coaching to match it with the individual requirements.
There is a common belief that "Practice makes us perfect", however, I am a stronger believer in the fact that "practice only makes things permanent". So, if we practice the wrong ways of doing something, those practices become the way of our life. So, while mentoring it is extremely important to identify those practices to make all the necessary corrections through appropriate feedback and hand-holding.
