I am a passionate and dedicated Yoga Teacher with over four years of experience in teaching yoga through home sessions and online classes. My goal is to help individuals improve their physical health, mental well-being and overall lifestyle through the practice of traditional and scientific yoga.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Yoga from University of Patanjali, Haridwar, and a Master’s Degree in Yogic Science from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. These institutions are renowned for their authentic approach to yoga education and research, which has provided me with a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical application of yoga.

With my training and experience, I design structured and personalized yoga sessions that suit different age groups, fitness levels and health goals. My classes focus on improving strength, flexibility, posture, breathing and mental balance, while also creating an enjoyable and motivating learning environment.

Along with conducting personal and online sessions, I also work as a school yoga teacher, where I train students in yogic practices, mindfulness and discipline, helping them build healthy habits from an early age.
