Currently, I am pursuing my B.Ed from Amity Institute of Education, Amity University, Noida. As this would be my last semester, the faculties have permitted us to apply in schools. (The Co-ordinators have told us that we can join any school if we want to as soon as possible if we get an offer letter from the school and as well as our Vice-chancellors approval to join.) Before pursuing B.Ed, I have done my graduation in BA Programme in which my main disciplines were German and English Literature. For my training in the teaching field, I have done an internship in an NGO called Love Care Foundation where my work was to engage students in co-curricular activities like painting, drawing, educational games for their holistic development. Another Internship was in a proper school set up, Amity International School, Vasundhara where my work was to shadow my mentor teacher, observe their teaching methods and how to make effective lesson plans incorporated with various activities. The school organized various workshops for us in Art & Crafts, Jolly Phonics and how to enhance ICT skills. In my last Internship, I worked with a government-aided school, Sant Yuvraj Inter College where I taught classes from 5th-9th. In this school, I mainly concentrated on teaching English as many students were not confident with their English skills. To make English Language fun and easy for the students I incorporated various English Language related games which would help the students to enhance and vocabulary and pronunciation skills.
