Sakshi Gupta

I am a professional psychologist with over twelve years of experience in the field. I hold an MPhil and a PG Diploma in counselling and guidance, and I specialise in behaviour therapy, play therapy, special education, brain gym, and other therapies. During my career, I have worked with many children with various psychological problems, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, behavioural issues, and more. Recently, I worked with a child who had hyperactivity, and I am pleased to say that I have seen improvements in her concentration and overall behaviour. This experience has strengthened my belief in behaviour therapy's power and early intervention's importance.
Apart from my work with children, I have also trained many government officers, and I am proud to say that I have helped shape their understanding of mental health issues. In addition, I have received several accolades for my work, including an award from the Governor of Uttar Pradesh for my academic achievements and recognition from the Government of India.
Currently, I work as a psychologist in the UP State Control Society. I offer behaviour therapy, autism and ADHD therapy, online and offline counselling, and special education services to individuals of all age groups. I believe in a personalised approach to therapy, and I offer various tools, such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, animations, and whiteboards, to ensure that my clients stay engaged and interested.
In addition, I provide homework, worksheets, and reviews to my clients, ensuring that they remain motivated and focused throughout the treatment process. I firmly believe that therapy should be a collaborative process between the therapist and the client. I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where my clients feel safe to share their thoughts and feelings.
