3.Dicipline=with dicipline every work can be done easily and in right manner.
4.Interest=always find a person who have interest in that work... He/she will find new ways to do work more correctly
5.Commander= a good teacher always teach new way to do work easily and always keep learner to learn new ways.
6.Direction=without direction a small work can take time and with direction a large work can be done easily
