Teaching-Learning Experience

My teaching-learning experience has been both enriching and rewarding. During my teaching practice, I learned that effective teaching is not only about delivering lessons but also about understanding students’ needs, interests, and learning styles. I planned my lessons carefully using appropriate teaching methods, learning objectives, and teaching-learning materials to make the classroom more engaging.

I encouraged students to participate actively through questioning, discussions, group activities, and hands-on learning. This helped improve their confidence, communication skills, and understanding of concepts. I also used simple examples from daily life to make lessons interesting and meaningful.

While teaching, I learned the importance of classroom management, patience, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Assessing students through oral questions, worksheets, and classroom activities helped me identify their strengths and areas where they needed additional support.

This experience strengthened my communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. It increased my confidence as a future teacher and inspired me to continue learning new teaching strategies that can help every child achieve their full potential. Overall, my teaching-learning experience has prepared me to become a responsible, caring, and effective educator.
