Mrityunjaya is an Udyam-registered proprietary organization, that was founded by Mallika in 2005 and has since been in operation for the past 18 years. Mrityunjaya was formed to apply traditional Indian therapeutic means of Yoga & Ayurveda coupled with aspects of psychology and concepts of medical science to empower & enrich the lives of men, women & children for a balanced, harmonious & healthy lifestyle. Our goal has been to put forth traditional concepts of healing and philosophy in the modern-day context so that they are easily adaptable and included in daily living.

From Corporate yoga sessions to personal sessions at our studio, Mrityunjaya has added yoga to many lives and organisations to help them on their journey towards holistic and soulful living.

We have conducted over 100 stress management workshops, and lifestyle management workshops for different organisations like GMR, Birlasoft, Tekmindz, Lava, CPA Global, Pitney Bowes, RBS, HCL, Dell, Ernst & Young, Bristlecone, RBS, Spectral Services etc.

Mriryunjaya has also associated with hospitals like Fortis Healthcare to conduct Prenatal yoga sessions for all their hospitals in Delhi-NCR.

Through our studios in Noida and Malviya Nagar, Mrityunjaya has taken on specific Yoga therapy cases of individuals and groups with specific health problems and women-oriented workshops. Our senior citizen group in Noida studio was especially popular as was the kid's summer yoga camp.
