Teaching Experience in detail in Class 7 Tuition
I've been tutoring students for nearly 2 years now and came across two observations. First, students come with a fear of being "weak" in a particular subject. But this weakness is actually their fear and anxiety. If a student does bad in a particular subject 2-3 times in a row, they think that they are "weak" in this subject, become fearful and anxious, which results into a bad performance again. Thus a vicious cycle develops. What they fail to realise is that their initial bad performance was a result of lacking preparation, insufficient practice and revision and not a result of some inherent inability to learn. Second,if such students are made to realise this, they definitely do well. To achieve this,I first make sure that a concept is properly understood. Then I ensure that the student covers all the variations of questions possible on that concept. Then I provide them with worksheets to solve so as to boost their confidence. Regular revision tests ensure retaining ability and reduces anxiety. Thus many psychological aspects that are at play like fear, anxiety, shame, sense of self worth etc, need to be focussed on as well. Constant encouragement when they lag, and appreciation when they do good is a must too. If all this is done timely, almost all students demonstrate to be able to do better.

"I’m incredibly grateful for the guidance and support I received from my French tuition teacher. Thanks to her excellent teaching methods and constant encouragement, I was able to score a perfect 100 in my board examination. She made learning French easy by , breaking down complex grammar and vocabulary into simple concepts. I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor—highly recommended for anyone looking to excel in French! "

A voter casts his/her vote secretly in an enclosure so that no other person comes to know of the choice he/she has made. It is known as a secret ballot.
In India, at the time of every election may it be of the President or the Vice-President, the Lok Sabha or the Rajya Sabha, the state legislative assembly or local body, the method of secret ballot system is adopted. According to this system the voter is given a ballot paper by the presiding officer of the polling booth. The voter goes behind the curtain along with the ballot paper and marks the stamp against the name of the candidate whom he likes to vote. In this way, no one comes to know that to whom the voter has given his vote. But, now-a-days EVMs (ElectronicVoting Machines) are being used in the place of ballot papers. On the screen the name of the candidates with the symbols assigned to them by EC is displayed. The voter is asked to press button against the his/her choice of condidate behind a curtain maintaining the complete secrecy.

In following situations, can a governor use his discretionary power.
1. If any party does not get the absolute majority or the winning is unable to choose its leader, the Governor can appoint the Chief Minister of his own choice.
2. If constitutional machinery fails in the state, the Governor immediately sends the report to the President and he is not bound to consult with the Council of Ministers under such circumstances, he can work independently.
3. If the President declares emergency in the state, the Governor acts as an agent to the President in place to act in accordance with the advice of Council of Ministers.
4. If the Governor feels some bills to be contradictory to the Central Government, he can reserve this bill for the approval of the President.

Relation between the Governor and the Legislative Assembly:
1. It is the Governor who calls the sessions of the Legislative Assembly. Again it is he who suspends it and ends the sessions.
2. The Governor can dissolve fresh the Legislative Assembly and call for fresh elections.
3. The Governor can send messages to it.
4. He signs all the bills passed by the Legislative Assembly. Without his sanction, no bill can become a law.
