One of my attributes is I'm great at getting to know the student and helping the student feel comfortable working with me. My next strength is awarding blue ribbons. This encourages the student to keep instill and develop confidence. Another good attribute is I use the order of hierarchy whenever possible.
Talking about my weeknesses as a tutor,I face dreaded grammar mistakes and I m working on it.
Over all my strength outweighs my weeknesses, but there is always room to improve and learn new technique to better my pedagogy.
