I am a certified RYT 500 yoga instructor with 5 years of experience in guiding students on their yoga journey. My approach to yoga is rooted in creating a balance between physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional stability. I teach students of all levels—whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to deepen your practice, I offer tailored sessions to meet your needs and goals.

My certification as an RYT 500 has equipped me with comprehensive training in anatomy, yoga philosophy, teaching methodologies, and therapeutic applications. This advanced-level qualification, recognized globally, allows me to confidently guide students through safe, effective, and mindful practices. I strongly believe that yoga is not just a form of exercise but a way of life that nurtures self-awareness and inner peace.

Over the years, I’ve specialized in multiple styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga. Each of these styles offers unique benefits, and I often blend them to create sessions that are both dynamic and grounding. I also incorporate pranayama and meditation techniques to enhance breath control and focus, which are essential for a holistic yoga experience.

In addition to regular classes, I’ve led several workshops and retreats designed to help participants disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with themselves. Currently, I offer only online sessions, which are interactive and accessible to students from any location. I also assist students who are preparing to earn yoga certifications, guiding them with the technical and philosophical knowledge they need to succeed.
