I have a strong foundation in yoga, having completed a comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) that deepened my understanding of yoga philosophy, asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and anatomy. My journey into yoga began as a personal practice, which gradually evolved into a passion for guiding others toward physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

With two years of experience as a yoga instructor, I have had the opportunity to teach diverse groups of students, including beginners, advanced practitioners, and individuals with specific needs.
